- Worked on the EU RobustifAI project (Trustworthy Gen-AI) with collaborators across 10+ European institutions.
- Improved robustness of vision-language-action models through feature engineering and carried out systematic deployment testing on service robots (Hello Robot).
- Coordinated with cross-team members and mentored newly enrolled Ph.D. students.

- Studied inverse rendering and relighting for portrait images, including synthetic-data-based solutions for missing real-world illumination labels.
- Used ResNet and U-Net to propagate high-level information and encode illumination representations at the bottleneck.

- Built a PAC-MDP method for multitask reinforcement learning across heterogeneous state/action spaces without pre-defined task mappings.
